Terms & Conditions of 7ez

When registering with 7ez, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 7ez support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to protect your credentials.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Supporting documents may include a national ID, passport, or utility bill.
• Accounts must not be shared, transferred, sold, or accessed by anyone other than the registered account owner. Violation of this rule constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.

All content on the 7ez platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of 7ez or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 7ez content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 7ez intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7ez provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ez expressly disclaims all warranties — whether express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 7ez platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7ez operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules then in effect.
